all things john reis.

John Reis is in my book, the coolest guy (or if I ever tried to be more mature, i'll say that he's one of the veterans of the independent rock music scene.) Name it all, but Hot Snakes, Drive like Jehu, Pitchfork and Rocket from the Crypt (Okay, i'll be honest, not much a fan of this one) are part of my fav music's collection. Whoever invented the music's term "Math-rock" needs to reinvent another better word because this one sucks.

Anyhoot, suddenly, i felt mostly interested by his long time music/life partner, Rick Froberg who started Obits. Not that The Nightmarchers aren't good, but after all these parties, Reis can't satisfy myself with his old habits. Listen to the new Obit's album, "I blame you", launched on March 24 by Sup Pop. Lately, it's totally my favourite.

I conceided it's too much music's posts for today, but i'm so bored at work, nobody can blame me!
