future home sweet home

As some of you may know, if everything works out for us in the next year, A. and I (more I, i think) are thinking about moving in together. He's thinking about a condo in the Old port; i'm thinking about whatever is not too expensive for my student budget; whatever is close from a Subway's station. We'll have to conceal/deal with his love for ''the less, the more'', and my ''the more, the less'' perspective of rangement. He likes to have a very few number of movables, while I tend to ''over-decorate''. I'm also very confused if I prefer the very clean/modern appearance (preferably painted with monochronics tons, please), or the one who smells like old sandalwood and possess the charm of the ancient. I'd also loooooove a brick wall.
